"This is the worst agent I've even heard about let alone used the amount of times I tried calling only to get no answer even had other agents call and they end up saying "huh that's weird someone should be there" every problem I had be it with understanding my policy or just getting help to use my policy I got talked down to like I'm some child and told any issues I had were my fault because "they don't make mistakes" apparently "changes" were made to my policy that i didn't agree to that caused me to have to pay over $1,000 and every time I tried calling the once a week that I'd get through I'd be told "I don't know what you mean" or "we had some changes recently so that's probably what your issue is" without saying what the changes are that caused my issues it seems like no one there actually knows what their doing and it's ran by someone who thinks they can do whatever they want and talk to people how ever they want maybe they need to get off their power trip and just do their job or find another one that better fits them like a preschool teacher so their false superiority complex can actually find some use in short if you use this agent be prepared to have to figure everything little detail out yourself or get another agent to help you out anyway and receive absolutely no respect and probably get lied to in order to help their pockets grow"

"Sha Tichnor State Farm has the worse customer service of any State Farm office I have ever been with. They pick and choose if they will answer your phone call. The agent has promised gift cards in the past that she never sent out when I informed them that the customer service was getting really bad. They flat out don’t care. You can never speak with your agent they are incompetent and I will no longer be a customer real soon."
"Hello T Moore, I am so sorry that you have had this experience with my office. One of the reasons, I am in business is because I have a general love to help people. My team and I enjoy working with customers. My team and I have no reason to screen any calls. I have a high volume of walk-in customers as well as incoming calls that needs to be serviced. If we are unable to answer a call, it is because we have someone in front of us or were on another call. If we do not answer, its best to leave a message. We check our voicemail 3-4 times a day. We understand our purpose and we take great pride in it. In regard to the gift cards to you and your friend, clearly there was a misunderstanding. I have given out gift cards to several different people for a variety of reasons. However, they usually pick them up at my office. After our conversation, this evening, I have put your gift card in the mail. Again, I do apologize. I really hate to lose you as a customer, I do respect your decision. I thank you for being my customer for the time that you were with me. I wish you nothing but the best, be blessed."

"I was with USAA for over 15 plus years. State Farm was cheaper and with better customer service. I switch over EVERYTHING.
